All artworks presented by Solaro Art Collection are created on commission and produced exclusively for each client. Each piece is unique and handcrafted according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

As a result, each project follows a structured and transparent production process, outlined below.

Order Confirmation

Once the client confirms the artwork (model, dimensions, finish, and general specifications), an official order is issued. At this stage, the artwork is reserved exclusively for the client, production planning is initiated with the atelier, and the required materials and resources are allocated.

Production Phase

Once production has begun, the artwork enters a handcrafted creation process. Materials are transformed specifically for the commissioned work and its intended scale. At this stage, the piece can no longer be reassigned, modified, or resold to another buyer.

Production timelines may vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork, the selected materials, and current production schedules. Estimated timelines are communicated prior to production whenever possible.

Estimated Production Timelines

Each artwork is entirely made to order and handcrafted by skilled artisans using established artisanal techniques. Every piece requires careful sculpting, finishing, and quality control to ensure durability, artistic integrity, and long-term presence.

Production timelines vary according to the type of artwork, dimensions, and level of detail. This information is provided to ensure a clear and transparent understanding of the creation process before placing an order. Indicative timelines: For freestanding sculptures of approximately 2 to 3 meters (78" to 118"), production typically requires 5 to 6 weeks. Larger and more complex monumental works (4 to 10 meters or 157" to 394") may require 8 to 24 weeks and from 10 meters to 50 meters (33 to 164 ft) production time goes from 24 to 50 weeks, depending on dimensions, level of detail, materials, and current workshop scheduling. A precise timeline is confirmed individually after the final specifications are validated.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation to initiate production. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to the artwork leaving the atelier. The initial deposit confirms the definitive validation of the order, authorizes the beginning of the production process, and reflects the commitment to a fully custom-made, one-of-a-kind artwork.

Non-Refundable Policy

As all artworks are custom-made and commissioned specifically for each client, payments are non-refundable once production has started. Production is deemed to have started when preparatory and irreversible steps are initiated.

This policy reflects standard practices within the fine art and commissioned artwork industry, where each piece is created uniquely and cannot be returned to inventory.

Completion & Logistics Coordination

Once the artwork is completed, the client is notified and final validation is carried out prior to dispatch. At this stage, all elements of the project, including production, specifications, and delivery planning are confirmed to ensure full alignment before execution. A final, consolidated project overview is provided, summarizing all aspects of the work in a clear and structured manner. This approach guarantees a controlled transition from production to delivery, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professional execution throughout the final phase of the project.

Worldwide Shipping & Logistics

Solaro Art Collection coordinates all administrative procedures related to international transport, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties through specialized logistics and customs partners, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience for the client.

Delivery Conditions

All deliveries are fully coordinated and managed by Solaro Art Collection and its logistics partners, ensuring a seamless door-to-door experience worldwide. Each project is handled according to its specific technical, structural, and logistical requirements. Transport, customs clearance, and final delivery are organized and executed with precision, regardless of scale or destination. For large-scale or complex installations, specialized transport methods and equipment may be required. These operations are fully planned, supervised, and coordinated by our team in collaboration with certified logistics and installation partners. At no stage is the client required to manage or coordinate any part of the delivery process. Our objective is simple: to allow our clients to acquire exceptional artworks worldwide with complete peace of mind, ensuring clarity, reliability, and professional execution at every step.
